1. In case of loss of baggage during a flight, it is the airline that is responsible and must compensate you. Only checked and checked baggage is protected (excluding cabin baggage)

2. You must send a complaint to the airline company by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, accompanied by photocopies of all supporting documents (receipt showing late delivery of luggage, photos of damaged luggage, etc.)

3. To submit your claim, you must respect a period of 21 days from the date your baggage should have arrived. If you do not respect the deadline, your request will be inadmissible.

4. Compensation is limited to a ceiling of 1.220 Euros when the Company is registered with the European Union (whatever the destination) and 20 € per kilo of luggage when the company is registered outside the European Union but that the flight is from or to a country of the European Union. In addition to this compensation, you can also claim damages.

1. Applicable law: A foreign national residing in Morocco must respect the national legislation in force in the country of residence.

2. Declaration of income: A foreign national must declare all his income in Morocco.

3. Taxation in Morocco: When the resources are solely from foreign sources, all revenues are to be declared in Morocco but not all will be taxed in Morocco.

4. Taxation in France: When the resources are from Moroccan and French sources, all income is taxable in Morocco in all except the property income from property located abroad.

1. Constitutive Assembly: Formulate a request for a meeting of the constituent general assembly to the Commune within whose jurisdiction the association’s registered office is located. This request must be signed by the prospective chair and indicate the place and date of the meeting.

2. Deposit of the file: Once the constitutive general assembly held, it is advisable to file the file of constitution with the service of the social affairs to the Prefecture in the spring of which is the seat of the association, directly or by l exploit of a bailiff. It will be given provisional receipt stamped and dated on the field.

3. Creative receipt: When the complete file is filed, the final receipt is issued at the latest within 60 days.
